We're going going back back to Cali Cali

I am so excited that we are going away for the weekend. Jana and Matt invited us to go on a small vacation with them. Of course we said yes because we are dieing to get out of Reno. We will be leaving on Saturday bright and early I do believe and will be coming back Monday night. We are going to Gualala, California. It is on the coast near the red woods. I can't wait to get out of this town and go have some fun and relax. Plus it is a good early birthday gift for me. We will be missing the rib cook off but it is well worth it and its time for a change. Every birthday I can remember I have gone to the rib cook off. I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend and I will sure all the fabulous details on Monday!

Funny

So today Stphany and the baby came over. When it was time for all the kids to go home Kaylee the 4 year old mom was holding the baby. She was saying how much she wanted to have another one and she was having baby fever. Kaylee was getting very jealous to say the least and said " Mom don't you already have a baby you love? Don't you already have a daughter you love? Don't you love me mom? I'm your daughter! You can only love me!" Every thought it was so funny but we also explained to her that you can love more than one person!

My New Office

I am super excited that I got my office put together this weekend. We had to do some much moving and get rid of so much stuff. It looks great and now the Landen has a full sized bed instead of a toddler bed. (He still woke up in the middle of the night!) Chris even cleared off one of his shelves for me! It looks great and I am glad I have my very own space for my Mary Kay stuff.I was very happy about some of the stuff Chris throw out since I have been wanting him to go trough all this stuff since we moved in.

Also today I got to watch Hailey and get the baby fever out of my system. So is to cute and Landen loves her so much. The entire time he just wanted to hold her and kiss her. We also got more of the wedding stuff today. Sharon picked my the guest book, cake cutter/ server, and a baby blue garter for us. Chris and I went to the craft store and picked up the bag for the favors and I ordered my veil. It feels like the wedding is coming so fast I'm starting to get scared! Well not really scared I am just stressed and I really want everything to be perfect. I think I am just a worry wort!

Fair Fun!!

Last night Chris and I went to the Nevada State Fair with a few friends last night. It was super fun!! We watched the tractor pulls. They were good but not as good as last year only one tractor this year did a full pull which is 250 feet. We all had a good time during that. Chris got to relieve some anger by yelling at the trucks!! Then we went out into the fair and we all rode some spiny ride and Rick and I rode the Zipper. It was so much fun! I haven't been able to go on a fair ride in forever so I was happy Rick wanted to go on rides. We also had some really good food. I love the fair!!

So yesterday I felt like pooh all day. Around 3pm I was feeling like I was going to throw up and I had the worse head ache ever. Chris being the sweet love able hubby he is took Landen and let me relax for a while. That didn't work very well considering it hurt to even think. When the boys came home Chris mom had a really good idea why I was having a migraine. She was right!! I was having caffeine with drawls. I normally drink a least one Starbucks a day or I make an iced coffee at home. Yesterday I didn't and now I know I need to have coffee! I think it is really weird but at least I put two and two together and figured it out!Today I made myself a coffee and I feel great!

Our wonderful weekend!!

So this weekend went by really fast. On Friday we went to bed really early (9:30pm) and then Saturday we went to breakfast and grocery shopping. Lots of fun!! It was so hot that we went to the mall to cool off and we had to drop of some jewelry to be cleaned. It was so crowed at the mall. Later that night Beth, Nicole, Amber, Nick, and Ryan came up. He all went in the hot tub which was fun until I fell! The stairs got really wet from everyone getting in and out and then when I went to get out I slipped and fell. I am really soar and my legs are covered with black and blue bruises and bumps. On Sunday we went to Vacaville to get some stuff for the wedding. Everyone is going to love the gifts!! California was great but Landen was not. He cried and screamed and through a fit the entire time we were in the car and at the mall. Here are some picture from our hot tub night!!

Yesterday Chris and I took Landen to look at cars. He loved it. He thought they all sounded like bikes. It was really hot so we couldn't watch the cruse for very long. We got to see a bunch of really neat cars and had a ton of fun.

When we came home we got in the hot tub. It was really nice and Landen loved to be in the water. The water was perfect not to hot and not to cold.

Hi everyone! I had a very fun yet long weekend last weekend. On Friday Chris and I did are normal dinner and a movie. We went to Chili's for dinner which was super yummy and then we went to see Step Brothers. It was so so so funny. I was laughing the entire time. I give it five stars.

We didn't do much of anything last Saturday. On Sunday we went shooting with Jana and Matt. I was fun. I shoot the 9mm and the .22 Then most of the time Jana and I played Yahtzee. I won 4 out of 6 games but 2 of them were only by 1 point. Good game Jana.

Monday was my first Mary Kay meeting. It was really fun and I loved it. Tuesday was my first Mary Kay party and I was so nervous. I really couldn't wait to get started. We also got the hot tub Tuesday!!! I can't wait for it to be ready to go into.

This week was not very good. Landen got strep and was very happy about it. I also had to cancel a bunch of Mary Kay parties that I had set up but at least he is feeling good now.

Last night we went to Silver Clue with Matt and Jana to see all the Hot August Nights cars. It was pretty fun and we got to see some really neat cars. Today Landen went to get his very first hair cut. I almost cryed but kept it together. He looks too cute! Tomorrow Chris and I are going to take him to go look at cars since we didn't take him last night. Here are some before and after pictures of Landen's hair.
