I Know It Has Been A While But....

So the last couple of weeks have been so hectic. We have had Monday night footballs, craft shows, inventory's, working extra hours, etc.

On Thursday Landen, Jeremy, and I went to Olive Garden for September Mom's Birthday Lunch with our mommy group. Then we went to the zoo. They loved it and I had to pry Landen off the fence by the monkeys. He loved the baby monkey that was playing with him. Then On Friday I helped Sally do Mary Kay paper work and inventory.

Last weekend was fun. On Saturday I went up to the Candy Dance craft show. I only bought one thing for myself ( a really cute cell phone charm) plus I got another brides maids gift and a Christmas gift. It was a lot of walking and was really hot but fun.

On Sunday Jana and I went up to the lodge to make sure we didn't need to bring anything up for the wedding. It was a fun little trip and we don't need to bring anything. Also we put together the guest goody bags. It was very simples and I had fun doing it. Unfortunately I woke up with some allergy thing and now it has moved into my chest.

Yesterday was a bit scary. I was still sick so I was eating a cup of noodle and all of a sudden my nose started bleeding. It was bleeding non stop for about 40 min. I lost so much blood I was dizzy and felt nauseous. So I ended up having to lay down for a while and my mommy came over with a huge stake and made me eat it to rebuild my blood. She also made me drink a ton of OJ and every time I would nod off she would shake me awake. But hey that's why everyone loves their moms right? Well at least for me. Oh I also picked up some more gifts for the girls and Beth finally dropped her dress off.

After I slept a while I felt a little better so we ended up going to Mike's for Monday night football. The Steelers won the games 13-20 in over time. Go Steelers!!

Our weekend to come!

This weekend is not going to be a fun! Chris might have to work all weekend! Which means Landen and I are going to be alone all weekend. I am so sad. So we are just going to go to the parks and play and do some cleaning. I might have one of the grandma's watch Landen for a while so I can get a fill but other than that I think we are going to be home bound. Next weekend we have to go up to the Lodge to do the inventory. I don't know if Chris will be off or working so I may have to do that on my own. I hope that Chris' job gives him set days off soon. It really sucks right now but it will be worth it soon. He has been getting a little overtime everyday so at least we should get a pretty good check. Landen really misses seeing his Daddy in the morning when he wakes up. I can't wait for him to go on swing. Other than that everything is fine. I am looking for a different job. The babysitting is taking its toll on me and I think that it may be causing my migraines. Everything for the wedding is coming together. I think I found a photographer for $300. So lets hope that works out. Oh and lets hope it stays cool out because our AC broke yesterday.

Weding Nevrousness

So the wedding is only 23 days away. I have been whiting my teeth so they look beautiful for the wedding. I ordered the flowers yesterday. Everyone has their clothes. I have a minister. I have made my hair appointment. I have figured out the food. The only thing now is I can't find a photographer for a descent price!!!

Our Week of ....

This week was a complete nightmare! First on Wednesday the Jeep got broken into. They tried to steal the stereo but couldn't get it out. So they just took the face for it. I mean in my opinion if you can't use just the face and couldn't get the rest of it why be a dick and take just the face. Then of Friday (Chris' last day of work at Jordan's) someone broke his windshield. Someone must have dropped or through something at it. The reason we know that is because on the way home from dinner on Friday night Chris punched the window and the crack he made was much bigger than the one there and the crack already in the window had two small holes. So early Saturday morning we had to go get a new windshield so that was $145 that we don't have anymore. We went to the Air races later that morning and it was horrible. It was super hot and Landen did not want to stay still for even a moment. Chris was in a bad mood and getting mad at everything so we left after about an hour or so. On our way home we stopped at our landlords house and we ended up being able to see the Thunder birds. It was really cool because the plains flew right over us and we could see everything. Plus we got to sit in the shade!! On Sunday we sat around and watched football. Steelers won 10 to 6 they beat the Browns!!! Go Steelers!!

So hopefully this week goes better! Chris started his new job today and I can't wait to hear all about it. Tonight we are going to Monday Night Football at Mike's parents house.The Cowboy are playing the Eagles. Everyone at Mike's is Cowboy fans and Chris and a few of the other guys are Eagles fans. Go Eagles!!

Oh and it is only 26 days til the wedding!!! I can not wait it is going to be so fun!!!

Weekend Madness!

This weekend was normal. On Saturday we ordered the wedding cake!! Yeah!!! Then I got contacts! It took me an hour to put one in it was a pain in the behind. After I finally got it in Jana and I went and got our nails done and feet done. We also went to the mall and to lunch. Thank you so much Jana it was great to relax a bit. Oh and sorry I forgot my B-DAY card at your house! We also went to Sam's Club which might I add is so much better then Costco. Their prices and the they have way better stuff. On Sunday we were going to go to Dawn Patrol to see the balloons but I could hardly sleep that night because I am having aches and pains now that I am twenty lol. So we slept in and we went to the mall to finish up a few wedding things. Then Chris and I hit up a movie. We went to see Pineapple Express. It was funny but not that FUNNY. The wedding is right around the corner and things are starting to come together. I can't wait!!!

Terrible Twenties

Terrible is one of the words that you could use to describe my birthday yesterday. I woke up with a bad headache that progressed into a migraine. All of the kids wouldn't listen. It was a night mare of turning 20. I tried everything I could think of to make it go away. It was so bad I felt like I was going to puke, I was sensitive to light and sound, even trying to talk, walk, and think hurt. I tried taking a warm shower, having a cup of coffee, drinking warm salt water, rubbing a cut lemon on my forehead and temples but nothing worked. Finally I called Chris to come home so I could try to sleep. That didn't happen because Landen was screaming. Eventually Chris and I went out to dinner. We went to TGIF it was really good. I hope I don't get another migraine! If you have any advise on what to do for migraine please please please let me know.

I also wanted to say thank you to everyone who said Happy Birthday yesterday!

Our Labor Day Weekend Extravaganza!!!

This weekend was so fun! We left Saturday and headed to the coast with our friends Matt and Jana. The drive was nice and Landen did great! We stopped in Vallejo for breakfast. The bar and grill called Buttercup and their food was great! After breakfast the drive went fast. We stopped at the first beach we seen. I was not so fun when Jana was try to get a picture and the tide came in an extra 25 feet. Landen, Chris, and I got all wet. I was pretty upset! When we got to the house it was great. It was like we stepped into the 70's show. It smelt a little funky but I would so go back. After we got settled in we went and got some food and made dinner. After dinner we headed up the coast a bit and found a place to watch the sun set. It was so beautiful. We we got back to the house we put Landen to sleep and Matt got a fire going. We all had fun sitting by the fire playing games. The next morning chef Chris cooked breakfast which was yummy and then we headed out for Fort Bragg. I loved Fort Bragg. We went to glass beach, ate lunch at a local brewery, and did a little shopping. At glass beach we got to collect some glass and rocks then we headed back to the homes for anther night of sitting by the fire playing games.Before we left we picked a bunch of wild blackberries. On the coat they grow all over the place and they are super yummy. On Sunday we headed home and stopped at a few beaches before leaving the coast. We took a bunch of detours also from getting lost. We got home around 10 that night. It was a great trip I can't wait to go back!
